Choose a Few Solutions for Implementation Funding
This is decision time. At this point you should have one or two clear winners that you want to fund. The team that generates the idea doesn't have to be the team doing the implementation. Set the winning solutions up for success with the right sponsorship, visibility, key team members and funding.
Get Early Visible Wins
Consider taking one or more of the solutions that looked like low hanging fruit and see if there is an opportunity for an additional quick win by implementing one of these solutions.
Use a Phased Implementation when Appropriate
If the selected solution is large and on a long time frame, see if there is a way to partition the project into a phased implementation so that progress can be demonstrated early on.
